People Placing the Dolma's in the Steamer During the "Knotweed Dolma" Workshop for the Gastronomical Summit
During the gastronomical summit there were several workshops you could participate in. One of them was making "Knotweed Dolma" with Jasper Riehm. Dolma's are a stuffed dish with filling usually made out of rice, meat, seafood or fruit with a leaf wrapping.
