The DA4G Award aims to stimulate emerging designers and artists to delve into the world of bio-art, and produce new work together with the Netherlands most prestigious genomics centres, for example in the field of sustainability, food, health, bio-informatics, agriculture, and safety.
The 20 best ideas will be pitched at PICNIC 10, September 24th, and will be matched with the Netherlands most prestigious genomics centres.
The 3 winning proposals will be exhibited at Naturalis in Leiden, mid 2011.
