workshop:

Grow your own Oyster Mushrooms

17 Nis 2014

We all have to start to love, work and experiment with fungi. Fungi will play a key role in our upcoming bio-based society. In our inflatable cleanroom we will teach you the basic skills to get started.

Become a mushroom farmer in only two hours! Maurizio Montalti will show how you can grow mushrooms using nothing but kitchen appliances. Everyone will prep and infect his or her own mushroom substrate bag to take home. You'll leave with enough knowledge to repeat the procedure at home. Ready to freak at home and start to experiment with farming fungi.
