Artists

This exhibition was with the following artists: Vittorio Santoro, Henk Boverhoff, Martin Butler, Joff, Maurice Nio and Young-Hae Chang.

Vittorio Santoro currently works in Paris, Zurich and New York, he is from Italy originally. Fragments of his video piece Split which was shown at this exhibition can be viewed here.

Henk Boverhoff is an artist from the Netherlands, read more about his contribution to this exhibition here.

Martin Butler is a British artist working in The Netherlands at the Liminal Institute, a collaborative between artists who create performances that cross boundaries between different arts, media and popular culture.

Joff is an artist from The Netherlands who has worked with Mediamatic more often, like more artists from this exhibition have done. Maurice Nio comes from The Netherlands as well, read an article by him here.

Young-Hae Chang from YOUNG-HAE CHANG HEAVY INDUSTRIES is based in Seoul, South-Korea. With him the line-up of this exhibition was completed.

Information

The exhibition was organised between June 23 and August 18 2002.

Friday, saturday and sunday it was opened between 2 PM and 6 PM or an appointment could be made for visiting (020-3446007/-6161668).

Mediamatic Supermarkt was Mediamatic's space on the Nieuwe Foeliestraat, corner of Rapenburgstraat, Amsterdam.
