Bar Zar is more of a watering hole than an eatery, and the menu and service reflect this. The munchies are pretty standard for bar fare, but careful: you may not remember what you ate the next morning. For people-watching and posing, or just chatting it up with your mates over some beers, there are few better places to chill in the city. However, if a quiet night is what you are going for, avoid the pre-club crowd and go during a week night.
