During their graduation project at the study Product Design at the University of Arts in Utrecht, the Netherlands, they started Lupinfood to research the possibilities of the sweet lupin. This resulted in the first lupin cookbook ‘Met lupine kun je alles’. The cookbook is available in their webshop together with lupinflour, -beans, and -bites. Next to their cookbook they are still developing new recipes, not only in written form but also as cooking clips to engage more people to cook with sweet lupins.
Lupinfood provide lupins for Mediamatic's Clean Lab and the creation of Tempeh Ware, and present their project at Zuursalon: Tempeh of April 26 2017.
