My strong interest in the world of food originates from my fascination with its
stimulation of the senses, to see, feel, touch, listen, smell, and of course taste. This fascination has provoked me to question the relationships we have with food and see it from a new perspective. Striving for this new perspective is what opened me to the field of design. Design is a tool that can be applied to push towards innovation, a tool that I use to question, create and express the endless possibilities of food.
