Elmer Kesseler brings more than 20 years of experience in numerous exclusive restaurants. Cooking at the forefront of vegan cuisine - or, as he calls it: devoting himself to the purest form of eating and drinking -, he will create a sensorial plant-based menu, composed with seasonal and local produce, and enriched with self foraged wild plants and fresh ingredients from the Aquaponics greenhouse at Mediamatic.
His vegan creations can be enjoyed as part of the lunch (3 course) or dinner (4 course) menu in the Serres Séparées at Mediamatic ETEN.
