What is an ex-voto?
An ex-voto is traditionally a text, a painting or an object to express a wish or a request to a divine entity or a higher instance.
What would they look like?
An ex-voto can be very simple, just a piece of text on a sheet of paper, expressed in any language. Or if your ex-voto concerns an extremely important or large wish, you might consider a more elaborate drawing.
For who?
An ex-voto may be devoted to yourself or to someone or something you care about. Or to the whole wide world. It can also express a feeling of gratitude.

Saturday May 31rd there will be a special performance by The Paper Ensemble. The performance, #9, is inspired by the sound of paper and created for one dancer and a gigantic sheet of paper of 100 square meters.
