Joeri van den Steenhoven

Joeri van den Steenhoven is chairman and co-founder of the Knowledgeland thinktank (KL). Founded in 1999, its mission is to help establish the Netherlands as one of the key regions in the international knowledge economy. And preferably in a way that creates both economic and social value. KL brings together a network of government, private sector, knowledge institutions and civil society to develop innovation strategies, project and networks that make Dutch society smarter.

At KL Joeri van den Steenhoven leads a team of 15 people. He advises government and public sector organisations on innovation, creativity and the knowledge society. He also regularly writes and speaks on these themes.
