People often say that they can see the Latin American spirit twinkling in my eyes. Not surprisingly I have been living in Peru since 2004, the first two years in Cuzco as a communication adviser and from 2006 on in Lima where I spent my time as an academic teacher in Visual Anthropology on the PUCP University, manager of cultural projects and journalist/consultant on art and development.
LOT is a creative interdisciplinary laboratory founded in 1998, experimenting within different artistic fields: performance, theatre, architecture, visual arts and design. Its productions range from experimental mise-en-scene to the so-called Zonas Fronterizas (Border Zones): Short-lived artistic events carried out in obsolete and/or abandoned spaces.
I have been producing several projects for them, among others performances (Lima, London, Sao Paulo), workshops, interdisciplinary projects Paisajes Urbanos and international productions (Jan Fabre).
