Zafer Topaloglu was born in 1978 in Sakarya, holds a bachelor in Film-TV from Istanbul Bilgi University. He lives in Rotterdam and studies Lens Based Digital Media at Piet Zwart Institute. His video works, mostly focusing on the pain of others, have been accepted to and screened at various international festivals and exhibitions.
