A festival presenting the dutch endeavours in film and video art, which besides its own entries also picks the best of subfestivals such as filmblikken, impakt, sixpack and lux.

There are also seminars, expert meetings and there is also a 24 hour program on balie straal, the cinema with unlimited seats!
