This is Anne Hofstra one of our colleagues together with her roommate. She is enjoying the cooking of our chefs Tommaso and Giulia. The dinner is served using a plank to create a safe environment for the waiters. This brilliant tomato greenhouse is founded by Willem Velthoven for Mediamatic Amsterdam.
