Author of "De Geldpers" (The Money Press), the sad story of how PCM, the publisher of Holland's best newspapers, sold out to British private equity firm Apax and nearly went bankrupt. The book was published in December 2009 by Prometheus, Amsterdam. Before that I was a staff reporter with "de Volkskrant" (1993-2008) and "Quote" (1986-1993).
