This bike's first owner was Philippe Casado (1964–1995), a French racer. With this bike, he rode the individual pursuit and team pursuit Junior Championships of France.
Team mate André Moulinier bought the bike from him when he turned professional in 1986. Casado had 3 victories until he stopped in 1995.
