My project is about men, well, men as exemplified by IRA ex-prisoners from the H-blocks Prison, outside of Belfast. (Ideally, the presumptuousness of this is a given and remains a constant throughout the project). I am interested in notions of Being – being Irish, being a revolutionary, being a prisoner, being male and such forth.
