Bierberaad is Back! How does the German Beer Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) relate to the current craft of beer brewing? And what is its impact on beer diversity?
With: Kees Filius, Sander Nederveen (Oedipus), Pim Bosch (De Leckere), Rick Kempen, Mattias Terpstra (Katjelam), Edo van Bree and Henriette Waal.

Tastings: Rauchbier Märzen 5,1% (Aecht Schlenkerla), Volkspils 5% (Oedipus Brewery), Pilsener 5% (De Leckere), Pilsner 4,9% (Jever), Verzopen Lichtenhainer 4,3% (Brouwerij Katjelam) and Erdbeer Porter 4,2% (Bergquell Brauerei Löbau).

Wild Herb Hunting for Drinkers and Brewers

This excursion is suitable for all brewers and drinkers looking into ways to rediscover our green urban environment and complement their brews with local ingredients. Together with a wild foraging specialist and Jonmar van Vlijmen (De Onkruidenier) we will go on a tour through the city of Amsterdam foraging for delicious wild herbs and plants.
