Marieke Berkers

Marieke Berkers is Architectural Historian (MA). She works as a freelance researcher and publishes on architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture. She's embedded researcher at Mediamatic. In her research she follows the development of Mediamatic Fabriek. Marieke seeks to understand the origins and principles of spatial developments by means of organic growth. The research is part of a research program of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Amsterdam.
