Interested in Social Human Beings and their Interaction with their Surroundings

I am interested in what sort of relationship the individual develops with the group and vice versa. How does this relationship grounds us in our environment, but also how the environment influences us. Does art and objects help us to contain a relationship with ourselves and with the society? At mediamatic I am going to look at relations between mediamatic and others and how we can sustain or develop them.
