My background is in communications, I have been working in PR, marketing and various digital agencies in the past ten years, collaborating with different brands in Austria and the United States - and being a big foodie I decided to combine my two passions, so currently I am finishing a Master’s in Food Product Development & Resource Management.
During my sabbatical I decided to join Mediamatic as part of the Neo Futurist Dinner team. I was supporting artist Martin Butler and chef Alice Héron with the concept development for the next dinner experience that takes place in autumn 2021. Besides that, I was working on the communication strategy for Mediamatic ETEN, organising photo shoots and helping with planning and evaluation of workshops.
In my spare time you will find me baking or fermenting or looking for the best new restaurant in town.
