Jin Lee (1990, KR) is een object ontwerper die momenteel in Nederland woont en werkt en onlangs is afgestudeerd aan de Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam.
Jin Lee's werk bevindt zich tussen serieuze lol en lollige ernst. Lichtelijk geamuseerd door rigide menselijke identiteiten, streeft ze in haar objecten naar een zekere kalmte en lichtheid. De werken van Jin Lee, die tegelijkertijd van iedereen en van niemand zijn, prikkelen de toeschouwer om bereidheid tot verwarring te testen. Evenwicht, zo lijken ze te suggereren, is een kwestie van voortdurende desoriëntatie.
