Over 25 years of experience in financing and organisation of contemporary performing arts (music, dance, theatre). Main field of interest: on the cutting edge of policy and practice. Main focus: creating preconditions for artistic talent to develop and flourish. Experienced as business manager, but also as subsidizor, as board member and as advisor for both government / public authorities as well as artists. Interested in arts policy, but always involved in the artistic content and the working practice. Nowadays directing manager of the association of all music ensembles VNME, and business manager of the main Dutch contemporary percussion ensemble Slagwerk Den Haag.
