Erik Spande

Erik comes from Portland, Orgegon but now he lives in Amsterdam and is the owner of Chocolátl, a chocolatestore in the Jordan district. He calls himself a chocolate, wine and beer enthusiast and an allround foodie. He has a background in brewing, cooking, catering, farming, specialty foods retail product management...among other things. Besides the food he loves travelling, music, film, books and people (not necessarily in that order..).
