To brew your own beer, it is important to hit the right temperatures, as we learned at the "Brew your own beer workshop" held in April 2015.

Wrapping a Panel

After Inoculation, we wrap the panel in cling film. When we scale up the process we will find a plastic free alternative. Perhaps black metal molds.

Stout beer brewing transfer

The grains and wort got too big for the pot so we transferred it to a larger one. Mid-way through the cooking phase.
