Gjalt Jan is technical Sales Consultant at Agriton who knows all about sustainable farming and food fermentation. Gjalt has also conducted many agronomical trials with bokashi and composting in the Netherlands.
He has been active as a consultant for sustainable solutions in Agriculture for over a decade. His Dutch company Agriton Group, has brought the Bokashi concept to the Netherlands over 30 years ago. This concept involves the fermentation of organic waste, in order to obtain a type of compost-like organic fertilizer.
