The slidingdoors where installed in januari 2021 by Meerdeur. The 2 doors one on the West side and one on the east side both have their own electrical controle cabinet and a controle pannel.
Troubleshooting:
Check if the door has power, if so continue to check the tekst inside the controle box and check the manual.
If the door is acting strange and there are guests take out the powerplug and check the malfunction later. If the problem stays call the number below

Using the controle pannel.
By using the selection arrows you can select one of 5 options as shows below. Translation in order to english
1. Automatic: the doors wil open and close automaticly
2. Night: Door is locked
3. open: doors is opend and wil remain opened
4. Hand: the door is in neutrual and free to be moved by hand
5. Exit: The door only opens from the inside to be used as one way exit
