Usability includes methods of measuring usability, such as needs analysis and the study of the principles behind an object's perceived efficiency or elegance. At Mediamatic I look at both the perspectives of the organization (what do they want to achieve with the website?) and the consumer’s perspective (what do I want to achieve by using the website?) to improve our interactive websites and installations.
