25 September 2016. For the third time in a row, Mediamatic organised a food festival which was totally dedicated to the art of fermentation. This time we paired up with fermentation specialists and authors Meneer Wateetons (Over Rot) and Christian Weij (Verrot Lekker) to host a full day program of 9 workshops, 5 expert meetings and a market with over 15 fermented market stalls.
