Artists and authors (individuals or collectives) of any nationality may participate in this competition.
The authors shall be understood exclusively as the persons responsible for creating the work. Participation is restricted to works produced after January 1st 2007. Films will not be accepted, except in the case of documentaries and animation films produced for subsequent video distribution, although film excerpts forming part of the works presented will be accepted.

The contest consists of four international categories:
Video Art
Experimental or Artistic Documentary
2D or 3D Animation
Media Art
Presentation and formats
A maximum of two works will be permitted per contestant for
each category. Audiovisual works must be no longer than thirty-
five minutes, although the Festival Organisation may consider
longer works, as an exception, provided that the author also sends
a demo of a maximum of five minutes.
Closing date and postage Four
The deadline for acceptance of works will be 2.00 pm on June 30
2008. Works may be delivered in person or sent by registered mail (for
ease of sending we recommend sending works as a letter/docu-
ment).
