Banana Icecream
Ingredients:
- Overripe bananas
Preparation:
- Peel 8 ripe bananas, wrap in cling film and freeze overnight.
- Allow to soften for 20 minutes then put into a food processor and whiz until thick and creamy.
Serve immediately or refreeze.
