He is currently working as an Associate Project Consultant in Building Technology at SGH in Boston. Previously, Amir was the operation manager at MIT Hacking of Medicine for two years, and he worked with CNN and France2 as a local producer and translator in 2014. Also, Amir was the lead engineer of a team that developed a prototype for a low-cost emergency ventilator during the 2020 Pandemic.
Furthermore, Amir is a public and TEDx speaker who speaks about his long journey getting out of Gaza to come to Boston in 2016 to pursue his education. Besides getting Elizabeth Warren's, Jimmy's Carter Center, and CNN's support to make it to the U.S.
