Preceding the Raw Milk Cocktail Party you are invited to join the Melksalon. A program dedicated to the use and tasting of local raw milks. (This event is free of charge and will be hosted in Dutch.)
The Cocktails
Mint Cocktail:
The cocktail that best represents Groene Griffioen is the "Mint Cocktail.” Their milk combined with fresh mint leaves from our aquaponics greenhouse reflects the harmony of the organic and green green lifestyle found on the farm.
White Russian:
The milk at Stadsboerderij Hartstocht comes from Witrik cows. In honour of the famed white spot on the backs of these cows, taste the specially chosen "White Russian.”
Piña Colada:
Mart Kea’s farm supports the Grutto bird species. These kinds of birds are renowned for migrating to warmer climes in winter months and there is nowhere better than a sunny terrace to drink a delicious "Piña Colada.”
Rose Cocktail:
Boerderij Achtervennen believes that wild herbs and flowers play an important role in the happy existence of cows. Sjaaks’s wife Ellen works with these wild roses and edible flowers and so the "Rose cocktail" was a clear choice for this farm.
Chai-Tini:
Zorgboerderij Ons Verlangen is one of the most accepting and multicultural farms in The Netherlands. Everybody is welcome to visit and it doesn’t matter who you are, what you do, or where you come from. The chai-mix spiced “Chai-Tini” was inspired by this great social melange.
